SHIPPING

1) What are my shipping options? 

We offer standard shipping world-wide. The shipping price ranges from a flat-fee (if the product has a special sale) to FREE for non-sales event items.

    2) How long will it take to receive my order?

    It generally takes us 3-6 business days to prepare, process, and ship your order.

    Our shipping times are us follows.

    • For the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks of placing it.
    • For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 3-5 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4 weeks!

    Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.

    RETURNS

    FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 15 day return policy. If you would like to return your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.  We only accept returns for the following reasons:

    • Damaged upon delivery. 
    • The product is different from what was ordered.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem for a quick resolution if applicable.

    FOR SHAPEWEAR: Some of the products we sell are intimates/lingerie/shapewear, therefore, we DO NOT offer exchanges. This is due to hygiene reasons.  However, if you are unhappy with your item, email us.

    We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.   

    EXCHANGES

    FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 15 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

    REFUNDS

    After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order. 

    FILING A CLAIM

    To file a claim, please Contact Us and include your order number.  Please include photographs of the item and return the affected items to us.  Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid or in some cases we can offer to ship a brand new item free of charge.
